We hope you love everything you find at Byrch! However, we understand that sometimes things just don’t work out.
Online Purchases
If you’re not completely happy with your online purchase, please contact us within 21 days of your order’s shipment date to initiate a return.
Approved returns for online purchases will be refunded to the original payment method.
In-Store Purchases
Returns for items purchased in-store will be issued as store credit only. Refunds to the original payment method are not available for in-store purchases.
